This was made by Dan Coggins of Dinosaural FX from my specifications. It's basically a loop switcher, but with an extra twist - the switch on the right is latching and is normally used to engage the loop - but the switch on the left is momentary and so can be used to create live "stutter" effects when the knob on the left side is turned all the way down, because this knob is the send level of the loop and at zero will pass no signal around it. The same effect can be achieved by leaving the loop empty as well.
